Appointment Instructions and Policies

 

Consultation Instructions:

For consultations please wash your hair 24 hours prior to your appointment and allow hair to air dry - do not blow dry or straighten in any way. Your hair should be in its natural state and free of any products - do not add any conditioners, moisturisers or oils. If you do braid your hair avoid braiding hair behind your right ear as this is where sample locs will be placed.

 

Retightening Instructions:

For retightenings please wash your hair 24 hours prior to your appointment and keep hair free of any products.

 

Installations Instructions:

Same washing instructions for consultation apply. For installations it is advisable that you bring a book, electronic device (for video or music) or something you enjoy such as crosswords etc.  Wear comfy clothes and bring warm cardigans, socks, small blankets or a hot water bottle if you tend to get cold when sitting still. Bring back support such as a small cushion if you experience back ache from sitting for long periods. You may also want to bring meals, snacks and beverages.

 

Children Policy:

Due to the length of time for installations and retightenings please refrain from bringing children or other adults with you.

 

Cancellation policy:

We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please call or text to cancel your appointment if you are unable to do this through our online booking system.
